Uprzejmie informujemy o nowych warunkach zatrudniania osób na stanowiska typu post-doc: limit czasu upływającego od uzyskania stopnia doktora dla aplikujących na te stanowiska kobiet może być przedłużony o 1,5 roku za każde urodzone bądź przysposobione dziecko.
Oferta pracy
Nazwa stanowiska: Post-doc
Wymagania:
1. Ph.D. in nuclear or particle physics,
2. Experience in experiments in the field of nuclear physics or elementary particles of high or intermediate energy,
3. Good programming skills (C/C++),
4. Good knowlegde of ROOT Cern package,
5. Good presentation skills,
6. Good command of English.
Additional advantage will be:
1. Knowledge of Monte Carlo generators and detector simulations,
2. Knowlegde of AI (neural networks etc.) methods.
1. Taking part in the analysis (neutral mesons production) of data collected in elementary reactions p+p/pion+p with the HADES detector at GSI/FAIR facility, Germany,
2. Joining the HADES collaboration and the relevant Physics Working Group, participating in weekly deliberations and active participation in its meetings (at least every few weeks),
3. Taking part in the Low Level Data Analysis (detector calibration etc.)
4. Taking part in data-taking (experimental shifts),
5. Presentation of results at meetings and conferences, as well as writing scientific articles and publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals.

Warunki zatrudnienia:
1. full-time position
2. contract of employment for a specified period - 12 months extendable for another year.
3. the position is funded by the National Science Centre (NCN) in the amount of 140 000 PLN per year for a period of 24 months
(a gross monthly salary of about 8 100 PLN brutto).
