Wymagania:
• research experience, in particular a PhD degree in computer science or related field obtained before the starting date and within the last 7 years (this period can be extended with parental leaves; see the regulations of the NCN),
• solid background in theory of computing, discrete math, probability theory, and linear algebra,
• proficiency in English, in particular in scientific writing,
• prior research experience in graph algorithms or parallel algorithms documented by the publication record will constitute an additional advantage.
We are offering one postdoctoral position in the project Parallel and exact algorithms for path problems in directed graphs, funded by the National Science Centre (NCN) and led by Adam Karczmarz, PhD. The broad goal of the project is the design and theoretical analysis of graph algorithms – in particular in parallel and dynamic settings.
