Wymagania:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong interest in scientific research.
- Skills in computer programming or data science.
- Background in Economics, Social sciences, or Mathematics advantageous.
Preferable Skills (not mandatory):
- Academic research experience.
- Proficiency in English academic writing/editing.
- Econometric modeling.
- Familiarity with Matlab or other statistical software.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
- Interest in valuation methods, consumer behavior, preferences, and choices.
The Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw invites applications for a Research Assistant position under the guidance of prof. Mikołaj Czajkowski. The successful candidate will be involved in the project titled "Economic Value of Health - Scope Effects and Risk Preferences in the Valuation of Mortality and Morbidity" (Health Economics, Behavioral Economics, Econometrics).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews.
- Analyze data.
- Program and design studies.
- Draft and edit academic publications.

Warunki zatrudnienia:
Compensation: A monthly scholarship of up to 4,000 PLN with flexible working hours. The initial term is 3 months, with the possibility of extension for up to 48 months following a performance review.
