Wymagania:

For the project: Deciphering the genetic diversity of Dirofilaria repens and D. immitis: the global and European prespective
 Experience in field and laboratory studies.
 Experience in molecular techniques.
 Very good knowledge of English.
All required documents should be prepared in English:
1. Curriculum vitae, including:
a. Scientific achievements: list of publications with IF and citations; list of presentations/posters presented in national and international conferences; reviewer activities
b. Other achievements: stipends, workshops, awarads/prizes, participation in scientific projects, field studies, popularization of science
c. Experience and competence to fulfill the tasks in the project
2. Motivation letter (including a statement of current scientific interests) – up to 2 pages;
3. Documents confirming scientific degrees (copy of the diploma);

Opis zadań:

1. Fulfilling the duties of a doctoral school participant in accordance with the study program.
2. Active scientific research in the field of the project:
a. The student will conduct laboratory work like DNA extraction, PCR, nested PCR, data analysis, in addition to collection of samples and communication with foreign and domestic researchers.;
b. molecular, statistical and phylogenetic analyses;
c. preparation of scientific presentations and papers, reports
