Wymagania:
Requirements:
• Hold a PhD degree in Biology, Immunology, Medicine or an equivalent field. Candidates with degrees in other fields including Engineering, Computer science, or Physics will also be considered if they have relevant experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• High motivation and proactive and collaborative attitude

Previous experience in one of methods mentioned below:
• FACS, cell sorting
• working with dendritic cells in culture
• working with mice
• preparing sequencing libraries for Illumina (RNAseq, ChIPseq or CUT&Tag)
• bioinformatics experience in analysis of sequencing data (for example RNAseq, ATACseq, ChIPseq, metagenomics, etc.)
As a Postdoctoral researcher, you will be responsible for scRNAseq and functional analyses of dendritic cells to understand their functions in asthma. Specific tasks will depend on applicants experience and interests. We welcome applications from both ‘wet’ and ‘dry’ scientists.
