Nazwa stanowiska: Doktorant lub student stypendysta
Wymagania:
1. Eng.’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Optics, Computer Science or Biomedicine.
2. Good knowledge of Matlab and/or Python environments. Algorithmic background in optical information processing.
3. Experience in building optical systems and in optical metrology incl. digital holography
4. Fluent spoken and written English.
5. Strong motivation and passion for scientific work (theoretical, numerical and experimental) both independently and as part of a team in an interdisciplinary environment, with the ability to creatively propose solutions to problems at hand, pay close attention to detail and to meet deadlines.
6. Very good social skills.
7. Experience in dissemination of research results to the scientific community and establishing/participating in international cooperation are welcome or/and, in the case of students, very good scores during studies
The tasks will include:
- Co-development of 2D QPI system which combines digital holography (DH) and Fourier ptychography (FP) methods;
- Metrological validation of the 2D QPI system
- Co-development of tomographic (3D QPI) system based on combined DH-FP system
- Metrological validation of the 3D QPI system
- Selected functional tests on biological material

Conditions of employment:
PhD scholarship: 3500 PLN/month, stipend contract for 12 months.
MSc scholarship: 2000 PLN/month, stipendship contract for 12 months.
Preferred time of starting position: 1st January 2025.
