Requirements:
- MA or BA in social sciences;
- Active enrollment in MA or PhD studies in Poland;
- Knowledge of quantitative methods;
- Ability to work in quantitative data analysis software (e.g., STATA, R, Python) or strong interest and willingness to learn;
- Knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage;
- Experience in organizing events or workshops for students will be an asset;
- Proactive attitude to work.
Description of tasks:
- Assisting in coding the Gender Equality Dataset;
- Retrieving, coding, and analyzing legislation and other sources for the Gender Equality Dataset;
- Assembling data on the gender equality policies across multiple EU countries over time;
- Potentially, contributing to the statistical analysis and the writing-up of academic papers;
- Organizing a workshop for students and early-career researchers (from the planning stage);
- Assisting in the promotion of the results in social media.
- We expect active engagement in the project, including participation in weekly team meetings. During the period leading up to and including the workshop (date to be agreed with the fellow), we expect full involvement in its organization and participation throughout the entire event.
We offer:
- Employment within the project for 6 months;
- Monthly stipend of PLN 5,000 gross;

Recruitment procedure:
The competition serves as the initial stage in the process of hiring a PhD scholarship holder. A positive outcome in this stage forms the basis for proceeding to subsequent steps. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Early applications are strongly encouraged.
