Nazwa stanowiska: Postdoctoral Researcher (Research Fellow)
Wymagania:
A completed PhD degree in economics (or a related field) is required. The PhD degree should be awarded by the start of the contract and no earlier than 12 years prior to the year of employment (in line with NCN OPUS eligibility rules; periods such as parental leave or other justified career breaks may be excluded in accordance with NCN regulations). Candidates should have a strong background in computational macroeconomics or economic theory. Prior research experience involving large datasets will be considered an advantage. We place particular emphasis on research maturity and academic motivation, as demonstrated by completed or ongoing research projects.
Opis zadań:This is a research-only position with no teaching obligations. The successful candidate is expected to collaborate with other members of the project team in developing the project’s research agenda, including through co-authored publications. At the same time, the position allows for substantial intellectual autonomy, and candidates are welcome to pursue and shape their own research agenda, provided it fits within the broad thematic scope of the project. The postholder will be expected to actively participate in the academic life of the project, including team meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops, and conferences.

Warunki zatrudnienia:
We offer a gross monthly salary of 10 000 PLN for a full-time position. The net salary will depend on individual circumstances and applicable social security contributions and taxes. The project provides funding for international travel to participate in workshops and conferences. As a member of GRAPE, the succesful candidate will receive institutaional support in applying for their own research funding, both during the project and upon its completion. The working hours are flexible and task-oriented.
