• Master's degree in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry,
• Basic knowledge of organic synthesis,
• Proficiency in spoken and written English,
• Status of a doctoral student in the Doctoral School of the University. Recruitment is until February 12, 2026.
Job description:
The student will be responsible for:
• Design and synthesis of small-molecule organic compounds,
• Coupling these compounds with peptides via “click chemistry” to obtain conjugates between small-molecule TNF-binding compounds and peptides that bind to the protein receptor,
• Purification of the obtained compounds by chromatographic techniques and study of the stability of the compounds.
Remuneration: A scholarship of 5,167 PLN gross per month for the 27 months of the project. Beyond the project period, the student will be paid from other sources for up to four years.
