Nazwa stanowiska: Post-doc
Wymagania:

• PhD in computer science, physics, mathematics, electronics engineering, or related field (obtained no earlier than 7 years prior to the year of employment in the project);
• Experience in concepts such as vector space transformations, machine learning, numerical modeling, data-driven models, optimization;
• High programing experience with MATLAB, or Python is a must (will be verified by a practical test);
• Proven experience in microwave/antenna engineering (in particular, design of antenna structure);
• At least two years of documented experience with 3D CAD software (interfacing, model development, simulation, testing, etc);
• Proven experience in development of physic-based partial differential equation solvers;
• Proven proficiency in CST Studio and Ansys HFSS;
• Proven experience with use of GPU for development of simulation and/or optimization codes;
• Experience with script-based generation of CAD models.

Ideal candidate should also have:
• Experience with additive manufacturing technologies;
• Experience with manufacturing of microwave and antenna components
• Experience with antenna measurement protocols
• Practical knowledge related to measurements of microwave components

Opis zadań:

• Development of methodologies for automatic generation of 3D antenna models using script languages;
• Development of low-cost optimization and modeling methodologies, including stratified and data-fusion techniques;
• Adaptation of nature-inspired methods (CBP, superformula, Perlin noise) to generate topologies of RF/mm-wave components;
• Development of mechanisms for low-cost yield estimation (robust design) of microwave/antenna circuits;
• Development of the prototype-enhanced methods for components development;
• Development of best practices for accurate fabrication of prototype structures using additive printing technologies (SLA/FDM);
• Publication of the results in international journals.
