Wymagania:

- M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or Chemistry with expertise in electronic transport measurements and surface spectroscopy.
- Demonstrated experience in electrical characterization techniques including Hall effect, I/V, and CV measurements under variable temperature and magnetic field conditions.
- Experience in electrochemical studies, particularly capacitance measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
- Proficiency in DRIFT spectroscopy and surface chemical analysis.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Independence, reliability, and excellent self-organization skills.

Opis zadań:

- Investigation of electronic transport mechanisms in diaphite nanostructures through comprehensive electrical characterization (I/V characteristics, Hall effect, capacitance-voltage measurements) under variable temperature and magnetic field conditions.
- Electrochemical studies including capacitance measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of diaphite nanostructures.
- DRIFT spectroscopic analysis of surface chemical states of the investigated nanostructures.
- Analysis and interpretation of measurement data, elaboration of results, and co-authorship of scientific publications in English.

Warunki zatrudnienia:

- Scholarship grantee/Student/PhD student_3 within the project "Simulation-informed engineering of heteroatom-doped diaphite nanostructures for microelectronic power applications" OPUS-28 (LAP), No. UMO-2024/55/I/ST7/02363.
- Scholarship duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension.
- Start date: 1 May 2026.
- Scholarship amount: PLN 3,000.00 gross per month.
