General rules of the recruitment process:
1. The recruitment procedure has two stages:
o Pre-selection candidates by the Selection Commission (SC), based on sent documents;
o Interview of pre-selected candidates by SC;
2. The decision will be made by the SC within 1 month from the date of recruitment completion.
3. Interview is planned for June 6-7, 2026.
4. SC reserves the right to invite for the interview only pre-selected candidates.

Doctoral School at a Polish university. If the selected candidate is not yet a participant in a doctoral
school, he/she will be required to submit an application in the nearest recruitment round for the
Doctoral School at the University of Gdańsk (deadline: July 12, 2026) and successfully pass the
recruitment process for the doctoral school.
