Requirements for the candidate:
• Master's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, biochemistry, chemistry, computer science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Python programming, machine learning, cheminformatics, or structural bioinformatics
• Familiarity with RNA biology, structural biology, molecular biology, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or drug design will be an advantage
• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) will be an advantage
• Written and spoken fluency in English
• Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and work both independently and collaboratively
• Analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills
As a PhD student, your responsibilities will include data collection and curation, data analysis (structural and numerical), algorithm design and coding, benchmarking of the methods, and the preparation of manuscripts describing the results.
Your role will also include conducting literature reviews to contextualize your findings, actively participating in lab meetings, presenting your work at national and international conferences, and contributing to the writing of research publications and your PhD thesis.

1. Full-time PhD scholarship 4 years (8 semesters) in amount:
a) before the mid-term evaluation 5500 pln net/month;
b) after mid-term evaluation 6000 pln net/month
