Wymagania:
M.Sc. diploma (or be close to receive it). Good understanding of genetics and molecular biology, experience in basic molecular biology techniques, and very good communication skills in English. Experimentation skills in plant biology (especially Arabidopsis or barley mutants), or experience with NGS or proteomics analyses will be considered an advantage.
Opis zadań:Conducting experiments: generation and analyses of mutants; expression analyses; generation of Arabidopsis transgenic lines; transcriptomic analyses, protein–protein interaction studies; genome-wide profiling of chromatin accessibility and DNA-protein interactions. Documenting research results. Preparing reports and scientific publications.
