Wymagania:
The candidate is required to have:
- Master’s or Engineer’s degree in Physics or related discipline.
- Holding student status in master's or doctoral degree program.
- Basic understanding of quantum mechanics and statistical physics, and be familiar with the concepts underlying the Random Matrix Theory.
- Experience in performing numerical calculations for quantum lattice models.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a collaborative research environment.
Additional advantages:
- Scientific publications in the field of quantum and / or statistical mechanics.
- Previous involvement in collaborative research projects.
- Participation in scientific conferences.
The scholarship recipient will conduct scientific research as part of the NCN SONATA-21 research project entitled “Sensitivity to perturbations and dynamics in nearly integrable and Hilbert space fragmented quantum systems.” The principal investigator is dr inż. Patrycja Łydżba.
- The scholarship recipient is expected to conduct / assist in the studies of the existence of local integrals of motion (LIOMs) in a fragmented system,
specifically the t-Jz model, and their behavior when a perturbation that breaks fragmentation is introduced.
- The scholarship recipient is expected to contribute to the development and testing of high-performance computational codes, e.g., for the generation of LIOMs, and to carry out selected numerical simulations.
- The scholarship recipient is expected to conduct / assist in the analysis of
numerical data.
- The scholarship recipient is expected to participate in the preparation of reports on the conducted studies and scientific publications.

Warunki zatrudnienia:
Scholarship amount: PLN 5,000 per month.
Duration: 17 months.
Form of engagement: Scholarship agreement.
Planned start date: 1 November 2026.

- A document confirming the candidate's student status.
- A letter of recommendation from a senior researcher.

selection committee. Candidates may be invited to an interview. In the event
