microbiology ngs biodiversity soil viruses
We have a broad experience in such methods as: microbial identification, functional analysis of microorganisms communities (including phenotypic assays as Biolog ECO plate, GENIII, FF plates, enzymatic activities), NGS sequencing (amplicon-based) of bacteria and fungi, including advanced bioinformatics analysis, molecular biology methods, such as PCR, qPCR (PCR in real-time), PCR-DGGE, glomalin content analysis, N and C content analysis (biomass), and others.
Our Department is interested in taking part in scientific projects, concerning microbiological aspect in different areas. We are also interested in working in a new area on knowledge - environmental virology.
