We have expertise on in vitro evolutionary experiments on antibiotic resistance, bioinformatic analysis of high-throughput sequencing data from antibiotic resistant bacterial strains and mathematical (including predictive) modeling of the eco-evolutionary antibiotic response of microbial populations.
We are seeking to join a project including LMIC(s) and a One Health framework on antibiotic resistance as a partner focusing on quantitative analysis of data and/or mathematical modeling.
