Amos Adler, MD is the director of the Clinical Microbiology laboratory at the Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and an Associate Professor at the Department of Epidemiology, School of Public Health Tel-Aviv University. Dr. Adler has extensive experience in the research of the Molecular Epidemiology and Resistance Mechanism of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria including from veterinary-derived isolates. Dr. Adler serves as the treasurer of the Israeli Society of Infectious Diseases and he is also the Chair of the Clinical Microbiology Examination Committee at the Scientific Council, Israeli Medical Association.
I am interested to join projects that focus on the transmission of AMR bacteria in and between healthcare institutions, the community and veterinary settings.
