We are a public health research group with multifaceted expertise in public health microbiology and epidemiology. We have a strong community surveillance background and are in the process of expanding that for environmental surveillance relevant to different infectious diseases.
We are setting up an environmental surveillance programme in different one health settings (urban and rural communities) and are interested in joining in a collaborative project aimed at understanding the transmission dynamics and determinants of antimicrobial resistance spread in the environment and community in low and middle-income settings.
