  In our lab we have expertise on the assessment of intestinal microbiome in humans and some animals, the quantification of the levels of antibiotic resistance genes of relevance in the infant microbiota, and the determination of the AMR patterns of intestinal microbes.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Projects targeting at the characterization of the intestinal microbiota of humans and animals as a reservois of AMR. Development of nutritional intervention strategies to reduce the levels of AMR in the gut microbiota.
