Microsystems/Microfluidic/Detection platforms for understanding AMR
We are looking for partners who have expertise in the biological (human and/or animal), clinical or environmental chemistry/biochemistry/decision making aspects (examples include assays development for AMR detection; lab based methods for detection of anti-microbials in the environment; study the effect of AMR and anti-microbials on human and animal models etc).
We offer expertise in the development of miniaturized microsystems and microfluidic devices that can allow for development of tools towards understanding/implementing AMR interventions a. data collection by detecting specific species on-site form human, animal or environmental samples (bio-analytical automation and sample to answer point of care/need devices). b. development of microsystems/microfluidic in vitro models that would help elucidate mechanisms of AMR development in certain environments (human, animal or environmental).
