We are a team with expertise in clinical microbiology and infectious diseases including pathogenicity, and AMR drug resistance mechanisms; infection control; antibiotic use, surveillance, and stewardship interventions to mitigate AMR; individual, population, and social determinants of antibiotic use and AMR; as well as molecular/genome surveillance for AMR. We have collaborations with the Ministry of Health and other relevant local stakeholders and are knowledgeable on workflows towards integrating projects into Ghana\'s National Action Plan. We have previously worked with DANIDA, Fleming Fund, and UNICEF on various consultancy projects.
Our team provides an LMIC hospital and community setting for the study of interventions and the impact of AMR in humans, animals, and the environment. We would like to join a project that seeks our expertise in an LMIC setting to understand the impact of interventions on the development and transmission of AMR or design, implement, evaluate, and compare innovative interventions to control the development and transmission of AMR.
