This is a match-making section for JPIAMR 13th call - One Health interventions to prevent or reduce the development and transmission of antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
Animal Health Environment
pig; poultry; fish; phenotypic and genotypic susceptibility methods ; animal models
We use animal models to evaluate the impact and interest of interventions or antibiotic alternatives on development and transmission of AMR in experimentally inoculated animals. We have expertise in phenotypic /genomic analysis of bacteria (E. coli, Campylobacter, , Aeromonas, Vibrio, Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Staphylococcus …)
We would like to join projects evaluating interventions to prevent or reduce the development and transmission of antimicrobial resistance in poultry, pigs or fish and environment (manures, aquatic environment)
