    We have experinece in (1) the use of Raman micro-spectrocopy for cell classification/identification and (2) lensless wide-area holographic microscopy for imaging cells over ~20mm^2. The latter technology is inexpensive and could potentially be used to monitor growth rates and cell morphology in <1hr.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    We ould like to join a project that is attempting to idetify bacterial strains in the GPU clinic within <1hr, thereby minimsing the use of antibiotics unnecessarily.
