This is a match-making section for JPIAMR 13th call - One Health interventions to prevent or reduce the development and transmission of antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
Human Health Animal Health
pharmacokinetics; pharmacodynamics; physiologically-based pharmacokinetic modelling; mutant selection window
Our group is experienced in pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic modeling with an emphasis on physiologically-based modeling to predict antibiotic concentrations in specific tissues and at the site of infections.
We would like to join a project in which population and physiologically-based pharmacokinetic models can be applied to assess the risk for resistance development in vivo by predicting the time-course of antibiotic exposure to bacteria in the animal or human.
