    I am a molecular biology professional interested in the use of genomic tools to understand and describe patterns of antimicrobial resistance transmission. I have experience in DNA sequencing using both Sanger and Oxford Nanopore technology to study AMR in human and animal health.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    I am interested in joining a project that uses genomic technology such as whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics to understand transmission of antimicrobial resistance. I am also particularly keen on projects that help build capacity for antimicrobial resistance in LMICs sustainably.
