Team working at Centre for Microbiology and Infection Prevention (CEMIP) and Institute of Global Health and Epidemiology (IGHE) Trnava university with expertise in public health microbiology, transferable antimicrobial resistance, antimicrobial biofilm and hospital hygiene and epidemiology. Looking for research consortia with interest in epidemiology of AMR and new control strategies for AMR transmission prevention in hospital settings.
Looking to join projects focused on the new strategies in AMR transmission prevention in hospital environment, epidemiology of AMR in hospital settings and study of biofilm and transferable resistance and cross resistance between biocides and antibiotics.
