  I have expertise in microbiology and molecular biology. I am also looking for expertise in molecular epidemiology, NGS, bioinformatics, metagenomics and development of products/tools to address AMR.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  I would like to join any project on antimicrobial resistance (emergence/transmission, surveillance, intervention) in bacteria with global one health approach; with special interest in resistance among Gram positive bacteria, Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases (ESBLs) and Carbapenemases in Enterobacteriales and role of plasmids and other mobile genetic elements in spread of antibiotic resistance.
