The Ersilia Open Source Initiative Team is dedicated to the generation of machine learning predictive models for biomedical research. Our expertise encompasses a broad range of data analysis tools, featuring, among others, computational resources to predict antibiotic resistance for large panels of compounds and also drug-drug interactions to identify safe interventions in silico. Our technology is based in the Chemical Checker, a tool developed by our CSO (Duran-Frigola et al, Nat Biotech 2020).
We would like to join a project to evaluate the development and transmission of AMR, analyze drug resistance and sensitization to treatments and produce models to predict which conditions are best for AMR control. We are also open to other suggestions where our expertise might be needed.
