  we study transmission in nosocomial setting and we have established capacity for sequencing and bioinformatic analysis we have a very large collection of fully characterised isolates we have capacity to establish mic for new drugs according to EUCAST guidelines.

  to study impact of pet\'s colonization with DR pathogen and transmission to human. sociological component should be added to evaluate if specific behaviors are associated to increased transmission. we are also interested in study transmission in rural communities in different geographic settings where there a close contacts with farm animals
