This is a match-making section for JPIAMR 13th call - One Health interventions to prevent or reduce the development and transmission of antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
Human Health Environment
enterobacteriaceae resistance plasmids WGS Clonality Tunisia
Dr Wejdene Mansour (Female), I\'m a scientific researcher. I hold a PhD in Microbiology (2008, University of Monastir, Tunisia) and a Habilitation to direct research-HDR (2019, University of Sousse, Tunisia). I\'m currently an assistant professor in the Faculty of Medicine of Sousse (FMS) and head of the sub-unit \'Resistance to antimicrobials\' of the research laboratory LR12ES02 (FMS). With more than 15 years in the study of antimicrobial resistance (AMR), I\'m a Senior Researcher at the University of Sousse and my research focuses on occurrence, epidemiology and different aspects of AMR in food-producing animals, companion animals, wildlife, water environments and wastewaters and their potential influence on incidence in human settings. I\'m a Principal Investigator of several national research projects dealing with AMR and i\'m partner in international project: JPIAMR-2018 project: Wildlife, Agricultural soils, Water environments and antimicrobial resistance- what is known, needed and feasible for global Environmental Surveillance (WAWES), 2019-2020. I\'m an external evaluator of international projects dealing with AMR such as DIM1Health projects. I\'m collaborating regularly and have strong ties with stakeholders of the AMR in different sectors. I deliver courses and training to scientists, doctors and veterinarians. I\'m author and co-author for more than 30 peer-reviewed articles (Google Scholar-May 2020- Citations: 635, H-index:17, i10-index:17). I was a guest editor of special issues in \'Canadian journal of infectious disease and medical microbiology\' and \'Biomed research international\'. I\'m a member of the executive office of the \'Tunisian Society of Microbiology\' and the \'Tunisian Association of Scientific Information\'.
I would like to join project treating the antimicrobial resistance ascpects in terms of molecular epidemiology, characterization of resistance mechanisms, modality of transmission of resistance in several contexts
