• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  I\'m basically a data scientist / machine learning engineer: I\'d like to apply my expertise to the problem of AMR in healthcare settings. I\'m open to any data-related challenges that are associated with this field, i.e., antimicrobial resistance prediction from clinical MALDI-TOF mass spectra. Furthermore, I have some experience with the tracking of nosocomial infections based on patient location / treatment data + antibiogram data.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  As stated above, I seek a project where may skills as a machine learning engineer are of good use regarding the problem of AMR. Preferably with a focus on nosocomial infections.
