  1) analyse zoonotic bacteria from animals, enviromental and food samples and test AMRs or provide such data 2) to design techniques for identification of GRAs, 3) bionformatics or mathematical models to analyse AMG spread ,4) Analysis of tolerance to antibiotics.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  This project aims to design rapid methods to analyse the spread of antimicrobial resistant genes (ARG) and antimicrobial tolerant genes (ATG) in critical pathogens in different enviromental frames. A large collection of strains isolated from animals, environment an humans will be used to generate a database of ARG and ATG. This database will be analyzed to check the dinamics of AMG and ATG spread, and used to design rapid techniques to detect the most predominant ARG and ATGs.
