  My expertise lies in physics-based mathematical/computational modelling of drug resistance and applying machine learning to detect drug tolerance/resistant fungal pathogens (Candida spp.) from microscopy images and MALDI-TOF data.

  I am looking to join a project where I could applying artificial intelligence/machine learning to 1) identify pathogens and 2) diagnose persistence/tolerance/resistance to antimicrobial drugs.
