  I am a professor in biostatistics and bioinformatics with more than 15 years of experience in microbial genomics, proteomics and metagenomics. I have an interest in large and complex data and have ample experience in statistics, machine learning and AI/deep learning.

  I am looking primarily for projects in diagnostics and/or surveillance where large and/or complex data plays a central part.
