Skilled in bioinformatic tools, genomic data analysis, high-performace computing and data analysis scalability and streamlining, report and dashboard design.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Interested in the development of cloud-based automatized & simplified tools for applied antimicrobial resistance in any research or clinical setting to streamline large scale data analysis for resistance monitoring and genomic surveillance.
