• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  Our expertise spans mathematical epidemiology of infectious diseases, statistics, and health economics. We can develop between-host transmission models of infectious diseases as well as intra-host models (e.g. PK/PD models or microbiota models). We can perform numerical simulations of scenarios (regarding interventions, TPP, or biological mechanisms), take uncertainties into account, and implement optimization methods.   We are willing to join any project where mathematical modeling (between-host or intra-host), and numerical simulation/optimization would be relevant. We are currently brainstorming project ideas with a French university hospital (ICU).
