  Our expertise is related with research on essential foodborne bacterial pathogens (Campylobacter spp., Salmonella spp., Listeria monocytogenes). We have knowledge and experience on bioinformatic analyses of whole-genome sequencing data using different software/pipelines.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We would like to join with project dealing with up-to-date data use strategies for seeking antimicrobial resistance and related mechanisms of foodborne bacterial pathogens.
