• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  My research activities focus on the evaluation of food contamination with resistant pathogenic bacteria as well as the dissemination of ARGs through the food chain (irrigated products). Studying the role of bacteriophages in antibiotic resistance acquisition and the emergence of resistant bacteria. Monitoring of indicators of fecal and viral contamination in water and food.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Monitoring and assessment of risks related to antibiotic-resistant pathogens dissemination through the food chain: from reclaimed water to irrigated products.
