• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  We are a German Group of Partners (Hospital, University and SME) with expertise in the field of rapid microbial detection and identification of pathogens through non-invasive sampling techniques using GC-ion mobility spectrometry (Bacterial detection using Ion Mobility Spectrometry). We are looking for partners with experience in the field of Bioinformatics and data interpretation and learning through Artificial Intelligence. Furthermore, we are looking for clinical partners for the development of sampling and transport strategies.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We are looking to improve and extend our existing diagnostic technique to a larger variety of bacteria through Artificial Intelligence thereby implementing them in a wider geographical setting to study the fundamental differences amongst the Antimicrobial Resistant Bacteria. Simultaneously, we are looking to improvise the use of current diagnostics in a varied economic setting thereby studying and optimizing the efficiency of these techniques.
