    We are a consortium of four scientific groups from three countries (France, Belgium and Norway) looking for partners, preferably on the following areas: - Structural / Comparative / Mutation Genomics ; - Sequencing of DNA complexe structures ; We have expertise in bacterial resistant characterization, molecular analysis of animal diseases, epidemiology, surveillance, research and development of innovative technologies for AMR in the veterinary sector.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    Our project is to develop and validate a point-of-care LAMP-based test to detect antimicrobial resistance genes in bacteria from companion and livestock animals.
