  I have a background in bioengineering and bioinformatics with ample experience in bacterial genomics. Currently, I\'m developing computational and AI-based methods for data-driven diagnostics and analyzing antimicrobial resistance in close collaboration with clinicians and other researchers.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Projects that require analysis of big and complex data for either pathogen identification or prediction of suitable antibiotic treatment options interest me.
