  Mode of action work: microscopy, pull down etc (where tool compounds will be supplied), novel models of fungal infection, microbiome profiling in response to drug treatment, pharmacology.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We have molecules which are active against Candida auris and Cryptococcus and have reasonable murine PK profile. We are seeking to i) fully delineate their mode of action eg pull down, microscopy for which collaborators are welcome ii) progress the series through medicinal chemistry (already covered) pharmacology would be helpful) iii) understand if/how quickly fungi develop resistance to the compounds iv) conduct translational murine models (covered but if you have novel models we would be interested.
