  1. Topic 2: Improve and/or, compare and/or evaluate strategies, technologies, treatments, methods, protocols or data collection based on existing interventions, aiming to prevent or reduce the emergence or spread of antibacterial or antifungal resistance or to treat/cure infections caused by resistant bacteria/fungi and recommend new policies.
• Subtopics:
  1. Improve and/or compare and/ or evaluate the effectiveness of existing interventions (e.g. cost effectiveness clinical utility, socio-economic adaptability, reducing AMR emergence, spread, transmission, treatment etc.)
  2. Identify the barriers to uptake, including factors leading to the success or failure of previously run pilot interventions, and when applicable design solutions to overcome them.

• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  I have a background in Philosophy and a PhD in Medical Sciences (focus on Public Health). I have worked on AMR-related themes since 2016, mainly investigating different dimensions of human behaviour (ethical dimension, responsibility, prosociality, consumer behaviour, public perception and attitudes, etc.). In my research, I apply social science methods, qualitative (interviews and focus groups) and quantitative (surveys and discrete choice experiments), as well as theoretical social and philosophical analysis, empirical bioethics, and media studies. I can conduct empirical research in Sweden and Italy. I have experience in interdisciplinary and international collaborations.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  I would like to join, individually or with a team (already existing or that I can suggest), a project that needs an "ELSA" (ethical, legal, and social aspects) package or a project informed by a humanities/social sciences approach to AMR.
