  I\'m experienced in studying fungal metabolism especially the process of translation and cellular signalling, including both in vivo and in vitro approaches. I have additional expertise in protein purification and studying protein-protein interactions.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  I have defined novel, fungal-specific antifungal target with well characterized structure. Based on refined binding site of a weak-acting compound I have modelled specific mutations responsible for resistance of Candida auris or Cryptococcus sp. I\'m searching for partners for rational development of highly active compound based on precursor/ screen libraries of small molecule compounds in order to develop highly active and specific compound overcomming C.auris resistance.
