• Brief description of your expertise / expertise you are looking for:

  Our expertise: we can capture the long-time dynamics of protein (enzyme) in the sub-millisecond time scale using advanced molecular dynamics (MD) simulation (GōMartini 3 approach), large-scale MD simulation, AlphaFold2, de-novo protein modelling, molecular docking and in silico thermal/mechanical stability evaluation.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We are looking for projects where critical assessment of the de-novo protein/enzyme model in terms of its dynamics->function is required. The experimental structure is not needed within our approach, as we can start with hundreds of models and perform an evaluation of folding and stability before than the synthesis.
