    We are looking for a partner with expertise in environmental microbiology, particularly for the realization and analysis of environmental metagenomics projects.

  • Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

    The project focuses on controlling the spread of antibiotic resistance in hospitals. The aim is to understand the role of the environment in the dissemination of multidrug resistant bacteria and/or mobile genetic elements in hospitals. in order to put in place effective protocols to limit their spread.
