  We work on Cell Painting profiling of compounds and can provide expertise on screening compounds across a range of cell lines and also ML models to predict activity and new compounds that show bioactivity towards a target, using a combination of chemoinformatics models and -omics datasets.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  We would like to contribute towards learning from existing datasets, building models and using Cell Painting data to screen new compounds
