  In vitro and in vivo mycology (Galleria mellonella & murine). Antimicrobial drug development (efficacy, toxicity, evolution of resistance, mechanism of action, etc.). Genetic manipulation of yeast (e.g. CRISPR-Cas9). Immunology & immunomodulation. Single cell analysis & optical engineering. Multi-omics approaches (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics (including lipidomics and glycosylation analysis)). Artificial intelligence, deep learning, bioinformatics and biostatistics.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Collaboration with groups interested in the development of novel antifungals, including immune modulation. Collaboration with groups interested in the development of novel devices to detect antifungal resistance.
