  HMS District Geriatrician, experienced in conducting large scale clinical randomized controlled trials with automated alerts.

• Brief description of your project / the project you would like to join:

  Overuse of immune-suppressing medicines may be a potential target for intervention for decreasing the emergence and spread of resistant bacterial and fungal species. The plan is to conduct a large scale clinical randomized controlled trial of automated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) alerts to potential overuse of Immune-suppressing medicines, in order to check if this intervention decreases resistant infections in the intervention group.
